WiseWallet is a digital application designed to assist Users in monitoring and organizing their personal finances. Based on the data provided by the User, the App generates overviews, charts, and analyses that are intended solely for general information and personal use purposes. WiseWallet does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and Users remain solely responsible for all financial decisions.

WiseWallet is not a payment service provider, bank, or financial intermediary. The App cannot receive, hold, transfer, or otherwise process funds or monetary equivalents. All connections established between WiseWallet and a User’s bank account are strictly read-only. The App may retrieve transaction data with the User’s consent, but cannot alter, manipulate, or interfere with any financial records maintained by the User’s bank.

The Services are offered on a freemium model. A core set of functions is available free of charge, while advanced tools and automation features are available through subscription-based Pro plans. The scope and availability of Services may vary depending on the platform (Android, iOS, or Web), and the Company reserves the right to adjust, expand, restrict or discontinue the Services (including free and subscription features) at any time with or without notice.

Agreement to terms

Property rights

The App and its original content, design, visual appearance, elements, software, including but not limited to UI/UX design, icons, images, photographs, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company.

No rights or licenses are granted to you except as expressly provided in the Terms. All Company trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission.

Pricing and Subscriptions

WiseWallet offers both free and paid subscription options. The Free Plan includes essential features for personal finance tracking. The subscription-based Premium (PRO) Plans provide access to extended functionalities that are listed on our website.

Details of available subscription tiers, their duration (monthly or yearly), and applicable pricing are clearly displayed in the App at the time of purchase. Prices are presented in the User’s local currency where supported and include applicable value-added tax (VAT) or other applicable statutory charges.

Company may amend subscription prices or introduce new service tiers at its discretion. Price changes will not affect an active subscription until its renewal date. If applicable law requires, we will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Please note that additional costs, such as data or internet fees charged by your internet service provider, are borne solely by the User.

Account Cancellation and Termination by the User

Users may delete their WiseWallet account at any time directly through the App’s account settings. Account deletion is an immediate and irreversible action. Once the deletion is confirmed, all User data and content stored in WiseWallet will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

If a User with an active Premium (PRO) subscription deletes their account before the end of the current billing period, access to Premium (PRO) features will terminate immediately. Refunds are generally not provided by the Company. Any refund requests shall follow the applicable policies of the distribution platform (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play). Unless explicitly permitted under those policies, refunds will not be granted.

Modifications to Services and Pricing

The Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice (except where advance notice is required by applicable law), to update, enhance, modify, suspend, or discontinue WiseWallet or any part of its Services. This includes adjustments to the availability, scope, or nature of features provided under both Free and Premium (PRO) Plans.

Subscription prices and conditions may also be revised. Any changes will take effect at the start of a new billing cycle and will not retroactively apply to an ongoing subscription term. The Company shall not be liable to Users or third parties for any modifications, interruptions, or discontinuation of the App or its Services.

Payments and Renewals

Premium (PRO) Plans subscriptions may be purchased within the App. Prior to confirmation of purchase, Users will be clearly informed of the subscription term, billing type, and applicable price. By completing the purchase, the User enters into a binding agreement pursuant to these Terms.

Subscriptions are activated immediately following successful payment and grant access to Premium (PRO) features for the selected period. Subscriptions automatically renew for successive terms of the same duration, unless the User cancels before the end of the current term. Fees for renewals are charged on the first day of the new subscription period. Upon cancellation, access to Premium (PRO) features continues until the end of the current period, after which the account reverts to the Free Plan.

Payment processing is handled exclusively by third-party distribution platforms and/or their designated payment providers. WiseWallet does not directly process payments and does not store User’s payment details.

Refunds for subscriptions or in-app purchases are generally not provided by the Company. In the event of disputes or requests for refunds, Users must refer to the applicable policies of the third-party distribution platform through which the subscription was purchased.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless, together with our affiliates, service providers, licensee and licensors, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:

your use of and/or access to the App;
your breach of the Terms and/or Privacy Notice;
your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

your access to or use of or inability to access or use of the Service;
any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
any content obtained from the Service; and
unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose;
violations by users or third parties of the intellectual property rights or other rights in connection with using the Service;
cases where the functionality of the Service is disrupted or limited by issue with your device, Internet provider or mobile operator services;

The Service may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for such third-party websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the Company’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

We do not warrant that:

a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;

any errors or defects will be corrected;

the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you.

Personal data

We collect and process your data to provide our services in using the App. Our Privacy Notice explains in detail how your data is collected, processed, stored, and shared. By using the App, you consent to such processing..

User Guarantees

By using the App you guarantee:

that you will use the App solely for lawful, personal purposes;
that you have all the legal capacity and authority required by law to accept the Terms.
that you will not use the Services: for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful purpose, including the unauthorized collection or distribution of personal data of other users;
not to violate the Terms and/or applicable laws;
not to infringe upon the rights of other users, including but not limited to the intellectual property and privacy rights of third parties.
that you will not transmit or upload malicious software.
that you will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the App’s security features.

Termination

The Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use our App .

Without limiting any other provision of the Terms, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the App, including by blocking IP addresses for any reason or no reason, without limitation for breach of any provision of the Terms or any applicable law.

If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of the App is in breach of the Terms or of any applicable law, we may terminate your use of the App at any time, without prior notice.

You may terminate the Terms at any time by deleting your account and discontinuing use of the App.

We are constantly working on the development of our Service to improve performance and functionality. Therefore, the Terms may be updated and modified from time to time and supplemented by new provisions. Updates will be effective when posted, unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

You are responsible for reviewing the Terms to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of our App constitutes your acceptance of any such changes.

Miscellaneous

The Company may freely assign its rights and/or obligations under the Terms without the User’s consent. User may not assign or transfer any of their rights and/or obligations under the Terms without the Company’s prior written consent.

Upon termination, all provisions of the Terms that should reasonably survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will remain in force.

All claims between the parties related to the Terms must be brought on an individual basis, and you agree not to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
